DAVE “DB” BRENNAN

Coach Dave “DB” Brennan is as friendly and welcoming as they come. Every class is a party with Dave. He has been with us since the beginning- a tiny 800 square foot gym which he helped grow into the amazing Community it is today.
DB is always hungry to help people learn a new skill or hit a new personal record. He truly pushes people to be their best and feel their best. Dave firmly believes fitness is meant to be fun.
Always up for a good time you will catch DB at our group classes sharing his knowledge and smiles with anyone he gets to train.
