How it Works?

Getting started is simple at Red Woods Fitness!


The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that Red Woods Fitness is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our On-Ramp introductory course.

By offering one-on-one training during our Intro Course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the On-Ramp Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental Fitness Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into our Group Workouts .
