Strength and conditioning specialist and L1 CrossFit trainer Robert Woods brings extensive knowledge of exercise science and physical therapy to his athletes.
Robert displays his passion daily as owner, founder, and Head Coach of Long Island Barbell Club and Red Woods Fitness. He has cut no corners assembling the finest team of Athletes turned Coaches possible.
Coaching hundreds of Athletes to the stage in bodybuilding, women’s fitness/figure, powerlifting, strongman, and CrossFit competition has been the most rewarding and fulfilling experience of his life. Using his robust competition background as well as a strong emphasis in nutritional counseling Robert continues to produce the best results possible for his Athletes.
