Welcome back friends! The new year brings lots of good things to the 631. Our full on website redesign is complete and I have been digging the way it’s looking. I have also completely redone the appointments system so you guys can more easily book Personal Training sessions as well as register for our special events. If you haven’t done so yet, it is really time to download our Push Press app.
Speaking of events- this Friday is our first Special Box Night of the year- YOGA! Please REGISTER HERE for this completely free class, and if you could, please bring a friend or two. A big shout out to our girl Wolfe who is hosting.
Finally, I am SO excited to announce a project that Mel and I have been working on (which means Mel quite literally did everything for this). For YEARS we have been scribbling in our notebooks tracking our PRs or struggling to remember what our Fran time was last June. No more! Mel has built out an entire workout Programming and tracking app for us. You can now track all your PRs, your WOD scores, as well as gain access to private tracks. There are also three tracks for every single daily workout with scaling options for each. It includes demo videos, quotes of the day, and tons more goodies for you guys.
