Welcome back friends! A big thank you to all who attended our 15th annual Holiday Party. This kicks off my favorite time of year. My advice- keep training hard but enjoy the damn holidays. Eat too much. Sleep in. In a few short days we are going to smash 2025 together!

Time to show off our speedy skills. This week we get to PR our mile run and our 1000m row. If you have put the work in over the past few training weeks these should be butter. Rounding out the rest of the training block with some classic hypertrophy and challenging Metcons. Get ready ladies and gents, should be a fun one.
