Welcome back friends! I wanted to spend a few moments this week highlighting my wife, Melanie who not only made quarterfinals, but does her best to put up with my nonsense. All joking aside- Mel has worked her butt off building our virtual platform, Obsessed Fitness and has grown it to have members literally world-wide. It is amazing to think that there are Athletes all over the globe doing our programming which started in a tiny 800 square foot garage.
Mel had a unique idea the other day- why not give all of our in-person members access to our virtual platform too? You guys would be able to track your scores and progress, generate leader-boards from across the globe, and share in a much larger Community. EMAIL ME if you would be interested in free access!
PROGRAMMING
Week two of our Demeter Cycle brings us heavy 2s. There is lots of rest during our EMOMs but if you do them right (heavy weight, perfect form) you will be cooked after twelve minutes. I purposely tried to make our metcons sleepers- they don’t look bad on paper but are very rough in practice.
